Render DPI 600 DPI

Higher DPI preserves small map labels and linework, but creates much larger images. 200–300 DPI is a good starting point; use 400–600 for very fine details.

Tile order

Number of tiles

Choose a fixed count to preview actual JPG sizes. If any tile exceeds your size limit, increase the count until every tile fits.

Tile optimization

Fewer tiles tries larger canvases first and automatically falls back to more tiles if the browser or JPG size limit requires it.

Automatically tile to stay under the size limit Use selected crop (otherwise export full page)

Drag on the map to select a crop. If no crop is selected, the full page is exported. Tiles include small overlap to make alignment easier in Whiteboard.

AC PDF Tool is designed for large construction maps. The app renders each tile directly from the PDF in your browser, avoiding a giant full-page canvas, and searches for the fewest tiles that fit the selected image-size limit. Every JPG includes explicit DPI metadata for consistent physical sizing in Whiteboard. Output is downloaded as a ZIP when multiple tiles are needed.
